I found the staff to be about the nicest and most pleasant staff I have encountered in awhile. You are greeted and every test is explained. Dr. Orban carefully explained the procedure and answered questions thoroughly. Nastassia in billing also explained the process and was thorough. All in all I felt respected and well treated.

I received a call on Tuesday that my consultation appointment for the next day was being rescheduled to Saturday due to the Jan ‘26 snow storm. I had an excellent experience at this office. There were plenty of staff there on Saturday to help with their regular appointments in addition to the overflow patients. Everyone was quite professional. I was pleased to be fit in vs waiting months for a new appointment. Dr Orban took time to listen to my concerns, explained my diagnosis and provided treatment options clearly, and without rushing. The surgical scheduler was thorough and professional.
